¼ cup Dar Zaytoun Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 tbsp pomegranate molasses
1 tsp minced garlic
1 tsp salt
2 cups green grapes
½ cup zaatar
1 cup green olives
½ cup feta cheese cubes
Salt and pepper
Mix the olive oil in a small bowl with pomegranate molasses, minced garlic, sugar and salt.
Slice green grapes and olives.
In a big bowl, mix the green grapes with green olives and zaatar.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Pour dressing over and mix to combine.
Add feta cheese on top and serve.
